  • 1:1 COACHING

    Personal training sessions are done virtually and are the best option for someone who is new to strength training, has had significant time off from exercise, or needs some extra accountability.

    55 minute sessions:

    • 1x/week - $360/month

    • 2x/week - $680/month

    30 minute sessions:

    • 2x/week - $380/month

    • 3x/week - $540/month

  • SMALL GROUP TRAINING

    Sustainable Strength is a small group training program that happens live through ZOOM 2x/week.

    Current meeting times are Monday + Friday at 8:00 am EST.

    Small group training is a great option for you if you enjoy working out with friends, want real-time cues and technique guidance from a coach, or if you need the accountability of scheduled sessions in your calendar.

    Sustainable Strength includes:

    • 2 - 45 min sessions per week

    • live coaching and cueing

    • real time exercise variations to fit your training level and body

    • community + accountability

    You will need:

    • home, apartment or public gym

    • access to dumbbells and weight bench or equivalent

    • bands/kettlebells preferred but not necessary

    Sustainable Strength is a $280 automatic monthly subscription with the option to cancel before the next billing cycle.

    *missed workouts are recorded for you to complete at a later time.
