GROW is a progressive training program designed specifically for women who want to build and maintain muscle mass.

About GROW

GROW is a fun and challenging exercise program that consists of a mobility focused warm-ups, 4 workouts/week focused on building muscle, and 2 additional conditioning days.

It is delivered in 6 week training blocks, progressively building on your strength and movement proficiency each week.

You will be able to view and complete your workouts through my training app CoachRx. Inside the app you will have access to exercise demos and be able to keep track of your weights to make sure you continue to progress.

In addition to the workouts, you’ll also have access to me in my private WhatsApp group. Inside the group is where you can get exercise modifications, extra accountability and support.

GROW is $59 monthly subscription with the choice to cancel at the end of the billing cycle/before the next. You will have access to the workouts and WhatsApp channel for the length of your subscription.
